No. The app helps you train around constraints you choose. Always follow guidance from your clinician.
Do I need a gym?
No. Pick your equipment during onboarding and templates adapt to what you have.
Can my physio prescribe a plan?
Yes. Clinicians with a prescriber account can share a secure link so you can follow their program.
When does weight go up?
When you complete the prescribed sets and reps and rate the session as manageable. Very hard sessions repeat the same targets.
